A downloadable game for Windows

Made for the GMTK Game Jam in 48 hours.

This platformer lets you swap angular momentum for vertical jump and altitude for mass as you try to escape from the strange world you find yourself in.

It also has some aspirations to teaching Geography, but due to the 48 hour time limit, this is more of a theme than an actual goal.

This game is playable with a controller.

PC Controls:

A and D move left and right.

Space bar to jump.

Ctrl to change mass (only on level 3).

The PostJam version fixes a flaw in the design of Level3 which could cause you to get stuck. If you're determined to play the original, jump and change mass right at the start of Level3. If you don't break through the floor on your first attempt, you will have to exit to the main menu and select level 3 and try again.

This game is incredible, I'm not able to finish it right now since I have some deadlines to meet for another game. This was made in only 48 hours? It's so good, I loved the flying cows and the temple of fancy advice and commentary. Gonna finish playing this this weekend.

My only current complaint is that update method for the Player. That update method matches the art style, a wall of text. So, on second thought, keep it like that

Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad you like it.

I just uploaded a PostJam version were a bug on Level3 is removed if you wanted to try that version. Noting else changed aside from fixing the pause menu.

I'm not sure what you meant about the player update method.

Was reading the source code for your game, the update method in Player.cs

Oh, I didn't expect someone to actually read through the code, so I didn't get your joke. If I continue this project, i'm going to have to go back to pretty it up and add comments before I forget what everything does.

Was going to try your game but it says not available on Windows :(

I built it in Windows (in Unity). I think I just forgot to check the box when I uploaded.

Didn't make it to the end of this, but it's super classy. Great work!

Thanks for trying it!
